Doyle’s Café

Doyle’s is our tech client’s first windowless café worldwide. To work within the given environment’s conditions, we were tasked with transporting visitors into the ambiance of the historic London pub, famed Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese, which was frequented by literary luminaries such as Mark Twain, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and Alfred Tennyson.

The custom logo was created with rubber stamps to infuse authenticity into the design and brand, which serves as a subtle reference to the literary past of the Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese. The deconstructed stamp letters became the foundation for a quiet and elegant tone-on-tone patterned wallcovering in the back of the café.
