Signage at Carnegie Hall

Carnegie Hall

Studio Towers

Over the course of a four-year partnership, we worked with Carnegie Hall to develop an extensive system of signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, and donor recognition signage. Our work extended to workplace graphics, setting the tone for Carnegie Hall following the Studio Towers renovation.

To connect the Carnegie Hall workforce with its storied legacy, we delved into the institution’s archives where we carefully curated historical materials from landmark performances. These repurposed archival materials included old ticket stubs and vintage advertisements. The selected images, which were transformed into large-scale graphics, were reimagined and harmonized to seamlessly complement the architectural scheme of the Studio Towers.

Our collaboration with Carnegie Hall represents a union of past and present and a deep-rooted connection to an institution that stands as a cultural touchstone.
