Building Branding

One of the most recognizable skyscrapers in New York City, the General Motors Building is the location of the iconic Apple Store glass cube.

After changing ownership often over the past decades, the building was purchased for a record sum in 2006. We were asked to be a part of the repositioning team that transformed the property, including a prominent plaza overlooking Central Park, from a nearly forgotten address into one of the most desirable in the world.
