13th Floor Workplace Graphics & Signage

This 100,000-square-foot tech workplace in NYC is designed to create a lively environment inspired by the city’s artistic culture. Located on the 13th floor, our concept focuses on illusions and the arts to ignite creativity.

The floor is divided into six neighborhoods, each representing a unique creative field such as Architecture, Dance, or Music, drawing inspiration from New York City. The neighborhoods each have distinctive color schemes and narrative content that, along with the signage and wayfinding, help people navigate the space.

We collaborated with our project partners and local NYC artists to incorporate graphics and murals, improving the aesthetics and functionality. This endeavor has led to a workplace that fosters creativity and collaboration, reflecting the client’s commitment to innovation.
